Syed Tariq Mahmood-ul-Hassan is a distinguished legal expert, entrepreneur, political analyst, author and a philanthropist. He has served as the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister of Pakistan for the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and held the position of Vice Chairman at the Punjab Overseas Pakistanis Commission twice.

Educated with a Master in Laws and a Business degree from Northampton University, U.K., Syed is recognized for his expertise in international relations, often featured on television programs discussing global politics and affairs. His profound analyses on international dynamics are reflected in his publications, including two notable books, "A World In Chaos" from New York and the Urdu title "Dunya Badal Rahi Hey". His insights are regularly shared through weekly columns in national and international dailies.

Syed's leadership roles extend to being the President of the World Congress of Overseas Pakistanis (WCOP) in the United Kingdom and Vice President of the European Council on Global Relations (ECGR). His contributions to global discourse have earned him the Brian Tracy Award of Excellence in 2019 and the Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2021.

Dedicated to humanitarian and charitable efforts since 2018, Syed chairs the Ali Zamam Trust. In recognition of his extensive experience, the Prime Minister of Pakistan has recently entrusted him with the role of Managing Director at the 'Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal'.
