A 42 years old lady Rehana Kousar, R/o Islamabad bearing CNIC: 35202-2745383-6 was physically tortured by her in laws after death of her husband. Her whole face and both hands were burnet with kerosene oil. She remained under treatment in hospital and all her reserves were utilized. She is suffering from her life in a miserable condition. In the meanwhile, she approached M/o Social Welfare and Special Education who forwarded for assistance our of PBM funds since she had sewing diploma. She was given RS. 21,800/- on 23-01-2007 for assistance for shop. Now she has established seamstress shop. Nmow she has established a proper small business by purchasing all necessary machinery & furniture and is preparing silk embodied bed sheets bedspreads our of imported cloths (from duabi) and sells them at a goal price. Her Life has been rehabilitated in real turns through PBM.
