Isma D/o Muhammad Azad, R/o District Kotli, bearing CNIC No. 81202-1039472-4 is the eldest daughter of her parents. She is 22 years old she is matriculate and had also got diploma in sewing/cutting. Her parents are too poor to afford her education expenses. Due to poverty she had no other alternative but to discontinue her further education. Main objective of PBM is to rehabilitate the poorest of the poor.
In view of the above the President of Pakistan announced Special Rehabilitation Package for skilled and educated youths. She submitted her application for rehabilitation to PBM District Office Kotli. After verification of her credentials, her case was considered for this special rehabilitation package and she was given a cheque of Rs.20,000/- for opening of tailoring shop.
Now she is earning good money out of this business and supporting her family. She and her family are thankful to PBM
