(i) Free uniform provided. (ii) Rs.300/-per month, education stipend (wage compensation) (iii) Free medical check up (iv) Parents Subsistence allowance (Rs.300/-per month) (v) Free haircut once a month.
They will be given Rs.4100/-per annum as educational stipend uptil class 8th . Financial assistance will be given through the other scheme of PBM i.e.(IFA) for the education above Middle Level.
Yes, sick and ailing poor child students can also receive free Medical help facilities.
. WEC is Women Empowerment Centres, WECs has been established where training in latest marketable skills like computer, beautician, cooking, beverage, and fishing etc is imparted to semi educated female with a view that they anticipate the future needs.
(i) Rs.50/-per day. (ii) Award of sewing machines to all students at the completion of their course along with a Holy Quran. (iii) Computer training in state of art computer labs by highly educated female trainers.
Besides, dress designing /making, machine and hand Embroidery, beautician & parlor management, fabric Painting, computer training, cooking and baking, book Binding, handicrafts, candal making, soap making and Home management kills are imparted at WECs.
Not necessarily. However, if vacancy is available preference is given to the passed out students of WECs.
Yes, at WECs (Women Empowerment Centres) most market oriented skillsare provided such as IT-Training.
Citizens of Pakistan including AJ&K can avail the facilities of Shelter Home.
No charges, all facilities are free of cost.
Yes, separate rooms are reserved for female guests.
Yes, a valid CNIC or any other identification document is required for biometric entry for night stay at any Shelter Home on daily basis on first come first serve basis.
Yes, record of all guests for night stay is recorded through BVS in Management Information System alongwith a photo.
Yes, first aid facility is available, however, medical care on need basis is provided through nearest public hospital. EZ Shifa a private tele-health company is also providing online/ tele-health medical facilities in ICT based Shelter Homes.

The donation can be given to Shelter Home in cash through Bank Account. Each donation in kind is properly recorded and acknowledgement receipt is provided to the donor.

Any suggestion or complaint can be made to PBM in written or email at sh.ho@pbm.gov.pk. Complaint & Suggestion Box is available at each Shelter Home to submit comments in written form.
400 meals for dinner. 100 meals for breakfast at each Shelter Home.
• Breakfast : from 06:00am to 08:00 am • Dinner : from 06:00pm to 09:00 pm.
i. Persons should enroll themselves before 9:00 pm. In exceptional cases after 9:00 pm, concerned Supervisor/ shift incharge can check-in subject to availability of bed. ii. All inmates of overnight stay shall vacate the premises in 30 minutes after closing of breakfast time.
