It is the short story of a young girl named Naheed Zaman, resident of Islamabad. Her disability is Spinal Cord injury. She has three brothers and three sisters. At the age of 14, one day after taking shower she felt pain in her back bone and after that she used to fell down suddenly while walking. She was taken to PIMS hospital where she was operated but could not be recovered and had spinal cord injury. She was living a miserable life at home, being dependant on others.  She could not move as she belongs to a poor family and could not afford to buy a wheelchair. She contact Milestone Society for the Special Persons where she was imparted with the Independent Living Training and on 14th August 2008 she was provided with a wheelchair from PBM. She is back to life as her mobility is restored and PBM and she is doing regular job at Milestone Society for the Special Persons.
